去掉的那個東西，叫「藉口」。堅持的那一樣東西，叫「紀律」。
I now understand. Whether in sports or other areas of life, as long as you eliminate one “thing” and persist in another, you can avoid life's worst pitfalls. Furthermore, you'll find that improvement goes beyond initial expectations.
The “thing” to eliminate? I call it excuses.
The “thing” to commit yourself to? I call it discipline.
